The creation of Homelly

At the time when renting your home has become accessible to most of us, many have wanted to try their luck in the Airbnb adventure.

The birth of a BNB concierge takes all its meaning to help the owners rent their property all year round. Thus two co-founders, Loris Blanc and Sewan Benslimi decided to create Homelly in 2016. For the two entrepreneurs, it is important that this company is more than a simple BNB concierge that would be summarized in the accomplishment of logistical tasks .

Since its creation, Homelly has only one mission, to meet all the needs of its customers, whether they are owners or tenants of property under management.

We are constantly increasing our quality of service to satisfy a demanding clientele, concerned with the smallest details and looking for services adjusted to their desires.

A meeting that changes your relationship to rentals

During a first meeting between you and the person who will become your BNB concierge, we will try to learn more about your rental project.

This first meeting is an opportunity to discuss your fears, your wishes and your needs.

We will also see in detail the key elements of the rental namely prices, periods and opportunities for non-traditional rentals (weddings, events, film productions, etc …).

If this first interview is conclusive, we will return in the days that follow accompanied by one of our professional photographers to realize the visual of your ad.

Subsequently, we will submit your property to all our partners and publish ads on major rental platforms.

With our comprehensive management offer, we manage from A to Z your rentals.
