Welcome to Maison Flâneur. Built in 2021, this beautiful 110m2 villa located in the IBS school district in Aix-en-Provence is the ideal residence for your stay. Enjoy the tranquility of a residential environment while being close to amenities.

Maison Flâneur can accommodate up to 6 people. You can make use of 3 bedrooms upstairs:

• A master suite with a dressing room and private bathroom.
• A room with a baby cot (possibility to provide a single mattress).
• A room with a double sofa bed and a private bathroom.

There is a third bathroom upstairs with a bathtub.

The sofa in the living room is convertible into a double bed.

This house also provides you with ample storage space and all the necessary amenities. For optimal comfort depending on the temperatures, enjoy underfloor heating and cooling.

On the ground floor, you can take advantage of the spacious living room, bathed in natural light through the large bay windows. The equipped kitchen, open to the living room, adds more conviviality.

The house is located on a 500m2 plot and has a barbecue and a secure pool, remaining closed by a rolling shutter for the entire rental period.
