Villa Milan

Located in a quiet area, 10 minutes away from Aix en Provence and 20 minutes away from Marseille, is the sublime Villa Milan. Beautifully decorated by its owner, this villa with infinite charms offers a warm and relaxed living area. Recently built, Villa Milan adopts clean lines, as well as magnificent large openings allowing it to be bathed in light at any time of the day.

Passing the threshold of the front door, you will find yourself in the living room composed of an equipped kitchen and a superb living / dining room. In this room, comfort reigns with the sublime sofa delicately selected by its owners, and the immense height ceiling, the modernity of the villa creating a feeling of outsized spacing. This villa is very used for shootings, this luxury villa has been thought out in detail. Indeed, each decorative element has its place and interlocks with the others to create a perfect harmony.

As for the sleeping area, the property offers 3 bedrooms within the main villa and a 4th bedroom located in the annex. Like the living room, the rooms have been decorated with just as much taste and know-how and thus adopt the same code: modernity, colours and authenticity. Each room has its own bathroom. We have 4 bathrooms.

Outside, the garden is inspired by Balinese gardens. There are straw umbrellas, a wooden terrace, and a swimming pool with an emerald bottom.

The pleasures are numerous: swimming in the pool, aperitifs and discovery of the wines of the region seated in the garden furniture, barbecue and grills on the large terrace, small bonfires or a game of petanque at the end of the day.
