Villa Elios

The very pretty Villa Elios adopts a modern and contemporary style. With its four suites, all composed of a dressing room and a bathroom, it offers a high quality standard. Two bedrooms are equipped with a King Size bed (180cm) and the other two contain two 90cm single beds that can be pushed together if needed. The villa is in perfect condition since its total renovation was completed in May 2021.

It has been entirely designed and furnished by an Italian architect based in Saint Rémy de Provence who has given it a pure and modern style while knowing how to master the exteriors for a perfect integration of it into the immediate environment. All the furniture was made in Italy, a country known for its furniture quality. Upon entering, on the ground floor, you can see the equipped kitchen as well as the living and dining room. This space is bathed in light thanks to the many large windows present.

Do not worry about the heat, the house is fully air-conditioned offering you optimal comfort. Outside, the pleasures are numerous: swimming in the infinity pool, aperitifs and discovery of the wines of the region while relaxing on the garden furniture, barbecue and grills on the large terrace or a game of petanque at the end of the day.

The property has been fully landscaped and offers a variety of fruit trees, and other roses that sublimate the villa. It enjoys an unobstructed view of the countryside and a dominant panoramic sea view, as well as a view of the villages of La Cadière and Le Castellet.

The villa Elios has a dream location since it is located 15 minutes from the beaches of Saint Cyr and Bandol, 15 minutes from the Castellet circuit, 15 minutes from the Frégate golf course and 10 minutes from the motorway allowing you to go either towards Toulon or towards Saint Cyr sur mer.
