Located in a quiet area, five minute drive from the beaches of Saint Cyr sur mer, Villa Anna has many assets to seduce you. With a capacity of eight people, it offers four bedrooms, three of which contain a queen size beds of 160 cm and one of them contains a double bed of 140 cm. The villa also offers a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub in the master bedroom, as well as two bathrooms that are shared between the other three bedrooms. Built to take full advantage of the outdoors, the living room has large bay windows creating a beautiful space inside-outside perfect for sunny days.
For lovers of cooking, Villa Anna offers a kitchen open to the dining room, modern and very practical, which will allow you to delight your guests throughout your stay. The house has an efficient cooling floor system that will lower the temperature of the villa by a few degrees in these hot summer days. You will get a uniform cooling of all the rooms of the villa without unpleasant drafts related to conventional air conditioning. Outside, the pleasures are numerous: swimming and diving in the very large swimming pool of 20m / 3.5m, relaxing on the sunbeds, doing an aperitif comfortably installed in the pretty garden furniture or a small game of petanque with the family to enjoy the end of the day.
The depth of the pool is 1.40m and also has a beach extending over 6m and having a roundness of 20cm. It is secured by a roller shutter.
Many outdoor games are also present such as a swing, a basketball hoop, a trampoline, a ping pong table etc …
