The house is about 400m2 with 5 floors between 65 and 77m2, each floor. The most beautiful two first floors (ground floor and first floor) are mainly common areas, including:

It has a large family kitchen facing the park, equipped with an AGA stove, dishwasher, microwave, full cutlery, crockery and napkins and a dining table for 8 or more people, an adjacent TV room, a living room, a dining room with a table for 8 or more people, a fully equipped office, and a fully equipped laundry room.

12 people can sleep comfortably in 7 separate rooms. There are also many sofas in the house in case a member of your group would prefer to sleep in a separate bed. We prefer not to have more than 12 guests so everyone is comfortable.

The master bedroom occupies the entire second floor with a dressing room and en suite bathroom. There are also three bedrooms on the top floor, two bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom on each floor. The last room is on the ground floor, perfect for guests who prefer not to climb stairs. Please note that the room has a toilet but no shower on the ground floor.

The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, three bedrooms with a king-size bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed and a bedroom with two separate single beds. All our beds are composed of luxury mattresses, duvets and down pillows of superior quality.
