Clinging to the hill, designed by an architect and completely renovated, the Villa Sunset faces Maïre ​​Island, the sea and the horizon. Articulated around three trays, in continuation of the relief, in a refined cubic style, its inverted living spaces allow all the rooms to communicate with the exteriors. On the 1st floor, there is a beautiful and bright living space, air-conditioned in summer or heated by a stove in winter, extended by a terrace sheltered by the mistral, in the shade of a majestic olive tree. It consists of a living room with flat screen tv, stereo and a large fully equipped kitchen that will allow you to meet around its central block to prepare succulent recipes with a taste of the south. You will find an American fridge, a wine cellar, an induction hob, a plancha, a fan oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a magimix juice centrifuge, a Nespresso machine and everything you need for cooking. A large master suite is also deployed on this level. The ground floor is entirely dedicated to the sleeping areas, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, all opened by large bay windows on a shared terrace and an intimate garden. High-end bedding has been preferred and all bed and bathroom linen will be provided.
