New chalet (year 2021) that stands out for a decoration that is both modern and elegant. Splendid chalet of 180m2 with a terrace of 30m2 adorned by snowflakes and a panoramic view of the Orres valley.

Indoor Jaccuzzi, shower and sauna (in progress) in a spa room dedicated to well-being with a opening large bay window  for optimal opening and an unobstructed view of the valley. Soon a gym with Smart TV connected.

This chalet is on the ground floor + 2 levels. Composed of a large living room of 60m2 with a large island kitchen open to living room and fully equipped (wine cellar, 2 combined fridges, induction hob …). Large convivial dining table for 12 people. A TV corner with large cocooning armchair very comfortable and a reading corner accompanied by a wood stove. This beautiful living room is surrounded by large windows to contemplate a 180° view of the mountain.

There are 5 bedrooms including 3 master suites with showers or baths, a dormitory and a double bedroom. Many storage spaces make the chalet uncluttered. Very comfortable bedding and all beds are 160 for double beds and single 90×200. It provides 2 cots for babies as well as 2 high chairs, bath and stair security.
